How Han Cleaning Started
Han Cleaning was started in 2015 by James Han, a Bridgeport resident who had spent several years working for a larger regional cleaning company. After noticing that smaller households often received less attention and lower consistency than commercial accounts, James decided to build something different from the ground up.
The idea was straightforward: focus on a manageable number of clients, do thorough work on every visit, and build relationships that last. Starting with just a handful of residential customers, the business grew steadily through word of mouth—no advertising, no contracts, just results that kept people calling back.
Today, Han Cleaning serves over 800 residential and commercial clients across Bridgeport and the surrounding area. The team has grown, but the operating principles remain the same as they were in year one.
