Our Commitment to Quality
We aim to complete every cleaning visit to a high and consistent standard. If you are not satisfied with the results of a cleaning visit, we want to know. We take service feedback seriously and use it to improve our work.
Service Concerns and Re-Cleans
If you feel that a cleaning visit did not meet the agreed standard, please contact us within 24 hours of the service visit. We will assess the concern and, where appropriate, arrange to return and address the specific areas of concern at no additional charge.
To be eligible for a re-clean, the concern must relate to areas included in the agreed scope of service. Concerns reported more than 24 hours after the service visit, or that relate to areas outside the agreed scope, may not qualify for a complimentary re-clean.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis. A partial or full refund may be appropriate in the following circumstances:
- A service visit was not completed due to circumstances attributable to Han Cleaning
- A significant portion of the agreed scope was not addressed and cannot be remedied through a re-clean
- An error or miscommunication on our part resulted in a service that materially differed from what was agreed
Refunds are not provided in the following circumstances:
- Dissatisfaction based on expectations that were not communicated before the service visit
- Issues resulting from pre-existing conditions of the property that were not disclosed
- Services completed in full but where results were affected by factors outside our control
- Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice (cancellation fee may apply)

Please include your name, the date of the service visit, and a description of the concern. We aim to respond within one business day.
Processing Refunds
Approved refunds are processed using the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on the payment method and your financial institution, but are typically completed within 5–10 business days.
