James Han
James grew up in West Virginia and spent eight years working in the cleaning industry before starting Han Cleaning in 2015. He had seen firsthand how larger companies handled scheduling and quality control — and he believed there was a better way to do it at a local level.
He launched Han Cleaning out of his home in Bridgeport with three regular clients and a straightforward approach: show up on time, do thorough work, and communicate clearly. That approach hasn't changed. James still handles client onboarding personally and reviews feedback from every job.
Outside of work, James is involved in local community events in Bridgeport and coaches youth soccer on weekends.

Each member of the team has completed our in-house training program and background screening.
Maria Santos
Maria has been with Han Cleaning for six years. She manages scheduling, coordinates team assignments, and handles quality reviews. She's the primary point of contact for most residential clients.
David Torres
David joined the team in 2018 and specializes in deep cleans and commercial accounts. His background in property maintenance gives him an edge with move-out cleanings and post-construction jobs.
Rachel Kim
Rachel has handled residential accounts since 2020. She's known among regular clients for her consistency and careful handling of spaces with children and pets. She often requests eco-friendly products for her routes.
Marcus Webb
Marcus joined in 2021 and covers both residential and small office accounts in the Clarksburg and Fairmont areas. He's efficient on larger spaces and has strong client retention on his routes.
Priya Nair
Priya has been with us since early 2022. She focuses on bi-weekly residential accounts and is especially thorough in bathroom and kitchen work. Multiple clients have specifically requested her for recurring visits.
Tom Bradley
Tom manages most of our commercial accounts, including several offices and retail spaces in the Bridgeport area. He works primarily evenings and weekends to minimize disruption to businesses.
How We Hire and Train
Everyone on our team goes through a background check before they start. New hires complete an in-person training period working alongside an experienced team member before they take on client visits independently.
We keep our team size manageable so that every cleaner knows the clients they serve and the standards we expect. We don't use contractors or third-party staffing—everyone you meet is a Han Cleaning employee.
