Han Cleaning provides professional cleaning services for residential and commercial properties in and around Bridgeport, WV. The specific services, scope, and pricing are agreed upon before each service visit. We reserve the right to decline service requests at our discretion.
We aim to complete all services to a high standard, but specific results may vary depending on the condition of the property, accessibility of areas, and other factors communicated at the time of booking.
2. Scheduling and Cancellation
Service appointments are confirmed upon mutual agreement. If you need to cancel or reschedule, we ask for at least 24 hours' notice. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee as detailed in your service agreement.
We reserve the right to reschedule appointments due to unforeseen circumstances. We will notify you as soon as possible and work to find a convenient alternative time.
3. Access to Property
You are responsible for providing safe and reasonable access to the property at the scheduled time. If our team cannot access the property at the agreed time due to circumstances within your control, the appointment may be treated as a late cancellation.
You agree to remove or secure any items of significant value, fragile objects, or sensitive materials prior to our arrival. While we take all reasonable care, Han Cleaning is not liable for damage to unsecured items of extraordinary value.
4. Liability
Han Cleaning is insured. If damage occurs that is directly attributable to our staff during a service visit, please notify us within 24 hours so we can address the matter promptly.
Our liability is limited to the cost of the service provided. We are not liable for pre-existing damage, normal wear and tear, or damage resulting from access restrictions that prevented proper cleaning of affected areas.
5. Payment
Payment terms are as agreed in your service arrangement. We accept payment by the methods communicated at the time of booking. Recurring clients receive invoices according to the agreed billing cycle. Overdue accounts may result in suspension of service until outstanding balances are resolved.
